SuiteCRM themes, made from your logo

A custom SuiteCRM theme from a theme builder that starts with your logo: ready to install on SuiteCRM 7.10-7.15 and 8.0-8.10. You add it through Module Loader, and it never changes a core file. All 26 text and background pairs pass the WCAG AA contrast check before you download it.

Every screen here is live. These are the six SuiteCRM screens the customizer renders, drawn from the same colours the package installs: the list, a record, the edit form, subpanels, the dashboard and the login page. You see all of them before you pay or install anything. Try it with your own logo.

SuiteCRM does not tell you how to change the colours

SuiteCRM 7 comes with four colour sub-themes, and adding a fifth means hand-building SCSS and a theme definition file. SuiteCRM 8 rebuilt the front end, and the forums have been asking the same thing ever since. Where do the colours live? And how do you keep your change after an update?

The usual answers all break the same way. Edit the stylesheet and the next update wipes it. Edit the source files and now you own a build setup for software you did not write. Hire an agency and you pay again at the next release, because the theme files move.

Brandtint gives you an add-on that loads on top of the stock theme. Core files stay as they are. The add-on survives updates. And when a release does move things around, you download the same colours again instead of starting over.

Supported versions

You pick the exact version when you download, not when you start. Your purchase covers every point release within the major version you bought - 7 or 8 - plus any new one released while your project is still covered.

Common questions

Will a SuiteCRM upgrade wipe my theme?

No. The theme lives in its own folder and registration and never changes a stock file, so an upgrade leaves it in place. We tested it with SuiteCRM's official 7.14 to 7.15.2 upgrade package: every theme file, the registration and the site default came through unchanged. On SuiteCRM 8 it installs under public/legacy/custom/ and extensions/, which the upgrader keeps. If an update does change how themes work, open your saved project and download the file again for that version. For 12 months after you buy, that costs nothing.

Which SuiteCRM versions work?

SuiteCRM 7.10 through 7.15 on the SuiteP theme, and SuiteCRM 8.0 through 8.10. The 7 theme and the 8 theme are separate purchases at separate prices, because they are separately built - buying one does not include the other. If you run 7 on your live site and 8 on a test site, buy both.

Do I need a developer?

Not for SuiteCRM 7: you upload a ZIP file in Admin, then Module Loader, the same way you add any other SuiteCRM add-on, with no server access, file editing or code. SuiteCRM 8 installs its classic views the same way; its newer Angular screens also need one folder copied into extensions/ and one command run (php bin/console cache:clear), because SuiteCRM 8 gives no add-on a way to write there. Whoever hosts your SuiteCRM can do that in a few minutes, and the download includes the steps.

What does it actually change?

Colours. The top bar, the side menu, module tabs, list headers, panel headings, form fields, buttons, and status colours. It does not touch your layouts, your fields, or how anything works, and it changes your logo only if you choose that option when you download.

Can I undo it?

Yes. Remove the add-on in Module Loader and SuiteCRM goes back to the theme it used before. Your data is never touched at any point.

Can one purchase cover several client sites?

A theme purchase covers one live site, for one project, for the SuiteCRM version you bought. If you set up CRMs for clients, you want Studio: it covers as many projects as we agree and removes our name from the file you hand over. It is priced per agency rather than listed, so email us.

Do you keep my logo?

We upload it to work out your colours, and we save those colours with your project. That way you can download a new file when SuiteCRM updates, without starting over. You can delete a project, or your whole account, at any time.
