SuiteCRM theme pricing

Everything except download. Start a project, upload your logo, get colours right away, and see them on all six SuiteCRM screens. You pay when you want the file to install, or when you want the AI to redesign the colours instead of working them out from your logo.

One AI colour design that worked. Pulling colours out of your logo is free and you can do it as often as you like. Downloading does not use a refinement. While your project is covered, downloading again does not use one either, and nor does getting a new file for a new SuiteCRM version. Only asking the AI for a fresh design uses a refinement, and a request that fails is never charged. You can ask for up to 30 AI refinements a day on one account - a limit we would rather state here than have you hit without warning.

Only the one you run. They are separate products because they are separately built: SuiteCRM 8 has two theming surfaces and ships as two files, and the work behind each is different. Buying the 7 theme does not give you the 8 file, and the download screen says which version your project is covered for. If you are mid-migration and need both, buy both, or talk to us.

No - one licence is for one brand. A purchase covers the project you bought it for, and the logo you bought it with is that brand: once a project is paid for, its logo is fixed, so a second brand means a second project and its own licence. Everything else stays editable - colours, the theme name and the SuiteCRM version you build for - and you can change any of that and re-download as often as you like while the project is covered. Studio is the exception: it licenses as many brands as your quote covers, under one subscription.

For a fixed period after the purchase, stated in your receipt and shown on your account page. During it you can download the file again as often as you like and rebuild it for any SuiteCRM release in the version you bought. We email you before the period ends. After it closes the files you have already downloaded are still yours to use - what stops is building new ones from that project.

Studio, and it is sold by conversation rather than by a price on this page - client work varies too much for one number to be honest. It covers the number of projects stated in your quote, both SuiteCRM versions, and it takes our name off the file you hand over - and unlike a one-off purchase, a Studio brand can be recoloured and rebuilt under the one subscription with no per-brand charge. It is priced per agency and, once we agree a figure, invoiced as a card-on-file subscription we set up with you: you enter a card once and it renews on its own from then on. If you need more projects than your quote covers, ask us to raise the limit. Email us and tell us roughly how many brands a year you theme.

In your account settings, online, any time. It is the same way you signed up. You do not have to email us and there is no form to argue with. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Yes, within 30 days, if the file will not install and we cannot fix it. Because you download a file, refunds are limited once you have it. That is why the whole preview is free.

Prices are in US dollars and do not include tax. At checkout, Paddle - our merchant of record - adds any sales tax, VAT or GST that applies where you are, worked out from your billing address, and shows you the total before you pay. Depending on where you are, that may be nothing.
