Refund policy

What happens if the theme you bought does not work.

If the package will not install

If the file you made will not install on a supported SuiteCRM version, and we cannot fix it for you, you get all your money back. You have 30 days from the day you bought it. Email us your purchase number and the error SuiteCRM showed. We can usually fix it, because a file that will not install is our bug, not a problem with your server.

If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU

You normally have 14 days to cancel a digital purchase and get your money back. That right ends early once the download starts, but only if you agreed to it starting straight away and understood that agreeing gives the right up. Paddle asks you that at the checkout, because Paddle is the seller. If you did not agree to it, the 14 days still apply and this page does not take them away.

That right belongs to people buying for themselves. If you are buying for a business, it does not apply, and the rest of this page is the whole policy.

After you have downloaded a package

Beyond the rights above, refunds are limited once you have the file. You have the thing you bought and there is nothing to send back. We will still refund a file that will not install, as above. Outside those rights we will not refund a theme you simply changed your mind about - the customizer shows you six full screens of exactly what you are buying, for free, before we ask for any money.

Refinements and subscriptions

Theme refinements are used up as you use them, and we cannot refund one you have spent. If we refund a purchase, any refinements from it that you have not spent go away too. You can cancel a Studio plan any time in your account settings. That stops the next charge, and you keep the period you already paid for. We do not refund part of a month.

Who takes the payment

Paddle handles every purchase. They take the payment, send the receipt, and deal with sales tax. A refund goes back through them to the card you paid with. That is also why your statement says Paddle instead of Brandtint.

None of this takes away consumer rights you have where you live.
